I was referred to Advanced Caregivers by my sister which is a current Consumer with the company. I first met the owner Quiana Bogan in April of 2015 and we went over my health care needs. Once Ms. Bogan realized that I met the criteria for the Consumer Directed Program, we completed my Initial Referral. Within 30 days I was contacted by the state of MO, and had a face to face interview. The results from that interview was very disappointed and I was told I didn’t meet level of care. Ms. Bogan contacted me with the results and she did everything possible to make sure I was able to get the help I need. After months of phone calls and a hearing taking place I was approved for Consumer Directed Services!! I now have my sister taking care of me and I have no worries thanks to the help of Advanced Caregivers!!
